Shipping and Returns
Should you find that any item purchased from us is faulty or was misrepresented we will offer you a full refund. We stand by all of our products and guarantee they are of top quality and craftsmanship. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping costs will also be your responsibility.
Worldwide shipping available.
You choose your shipping options at checkout and we encourage choosing tracking for all packages. If you choose a shipping method without tracking we will not be held responsible for lost packages and cannot help you retrieve them. With tracking, we can do what we can to help you but the responsibility is yours to contact your local post office as once a package leaves here there is little we can do.
International taxes and duties are not included in the shipping rates and it is your responsibility to be aware of what those charges are.
Insurance is encouraged for all packages over $500.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
We ship within 48 hrs unless it's a weekend, holiday or special circumstances so be sure to enter special instructions if you want your package held on to.
We cannot refund extra shipping charges if you place multiple orders and want them consolidated. VIP codes are available if you have an agreement with us but otherwise please put all your items in one shopping cart, including your live sale listings.
